3rd Annual Photography Showcase Entry Form

Please fill out a new entry form for each piece entered. You may enter up to three pieces. All entries must be your own creative works and have been created during the current school year.

SHOW DATE: May 27-30, 2014 in the HHS Media Center
RECEPTION/AWARDS NIGHT: Wed, May 28, 2014, 5-7PM

Please invite your family, friends and neighbors!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • All entries must delivered to Mr. Trapane’s room by 3:00pm Thurs, May 22, 2014.
  • Photos must be mounted and may be framed. If you need to print or mount a photo you may stop by Mr. Trapane’s room. The lab is open Monday and Wednesday until 4:00pm.
  • Attach a filled-out Official Entry card to the back of your work (available in Mr. Trapane’s room) in order to identify your piece throughout the show.
