Class Description

This course is an advanced course in Commercial Art including careers, workflow and how to communicate an idea for a client with design. Students will explore hand sketching and computer drawing skills, color theory, design layout, typography and how to solve design problems creatively.

Students learn hands-on through various media such as vinyl lettering, sign making, silkscreen or digital art.

NOTE: This is a CTE Skills class, but may be taken for art credit.
